The Risk Management and Insurance Defense Practice Section offers a full range of services to our clients, including defense of all types of claims, coverage opinions, and alternative dispute resolution. Our section members frequently speak in seminars for lawyers and insurance adjustors. In addition, the section provides a quarterly newsletter to our clients. Our mission is to provide the best legal representation to our clients at a reasonable cost.

Our Risk Management and Insurance Defense Practice Section has a vast amount of trial experience in all state and federal courts in Utah. Our defense lawyers have tried over 200 jury trials in the last twenty years. Currently we try ten to fifteen civil jury trials per year.
