Mr. Dahlquist is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Risk Management & Insurance Defense Practice Section. His practice includes representing clients in many healthcare/risk management areas, such as medical staff issues, medical malpractice defense, hospital and medical staff bylaws, healthcare-related legislation and lobbying, corporate risk management and quality assurance, personnel, bioethical legal issues, and consent policies and procedures. He is also Honorary Consul to The Federal Republic of Germany in Utah. Mr. Dahlquist joined Kirton & McConkie in 1980.
