Mr. Dushku is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Constitutional, Religious & Appellate Practice Section. His practice includes trial and appellate court litigation involving issues of First Amendment law, education law, civil rights, property rights, employment law, insurance law, and complex issues of federal court jurisdiction. Mr. Dushku joined Kirton & McConkie in 1996.

  • Litigation involving a broad range of constitutional and civil rights issues, including establishment clause and free exercise issues, free speech issues, free press issues, property rights and takings issues, equal protection issues, and due process issues
  • Litigation involving complex issues of employment law
  • Consults with a diverse group of clients, including state and local governments, concerning constitutional and civil rights issues
  • All types of civil appeals before state and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court
  • Served as a judicial clerk to Judge Daniel A. Manion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, 1995-1996
