Mr. Beutler is a member of Kirton & McConkie’s Constitutional, Religious, & Appellate Practice Section and Business Litigation Practice Section. His practice includes trial and appellate court litigation, primarily relating to commercial law, constitutional and First Amendment law. Mr. Beutler joined Kirton & McConkie in 2001.
