Mr. Nelson is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Constitutional, Religious, & Appellate Practice Section and the Business Litigation Practice Section. He specializes in general and appellate litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. His practice includes constitutional law, education law, church law, hospital law, and general commercial litigation. He emphasizes appellate practice and has handled numerous appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Nelson joined Kirton & McConkie in 1983.
