Mr. Zenger is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Section of Kirton & McConkie in Salt Lake City, Utah. His practice includes all intellectual property litigation including patent litigation, trademark litigation, copyright litigation, unfair competition litigation, false advertising litigation, internet litigation, trade secret litigation, and trade dress litigation. He has served as lead counsel and local counsel in numerous matters in the federal courts. Mr. Zenger joined Kirton & McConkie in 1996.
