David M. Wahlquist

Mr. Wahlquist is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Business Litigation Practice Section, Construction, Land Use and Surety Practice Section, Risk Management and Insurance Defense Practice Section, and International Law Practice Section. His practice focuses on the resolution of construction, real estate, contract, patent, and other commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation. Mr. Wahlquist joined Kirton & McConkie in 1981.
