Thomas D. Walk

Mr. Walk is Chair of Kirton & McConkie's Risk Management & Insurance Defense Practice Section and a member of its Employment Law Practice Section. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and trial work involving tort cases; labor and employment; wills, trusts and estates; real estate; intellectual property; and catastrophic injury and casualty losses. He primarily works on large-value catastrophic injury cases to persons and/or property. As noted in Utah Business Magazine, he was recently recognized by his peers as being a "Top Lawyer" in the Insurance Law category.
