Rod N. Andreason

Mr. Andreason is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Business Litigation Section. His practice spans numerous areas of commercial and civil litigation, ranging from complex commercial and securities litigation to employment, intellectual property, and antitrust litigation. Recently he obtained a $2 million judgment for an Australian precious metals company in a securities fraud dispute. As noted in Utah Business Magazine, he was recognized by his peers as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the Business Litigation category.
