Ryan B. Frazier

Ryan Frazier is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Business and Real Property, Leasing and Land Use, and Litigation Sections (among others). He is a skilled trial lawyer with extensive experience in both complex and relatively simple commercial and general civil litigation. That experience includes successfully moving for summary judgment on multi-million dollar antitrust claims lodged against an integrated healthcare organization. He also led a team at trial that successfully proved that a lease-option to purchase actually constituted an equitable mortgage. Regardless of whether he is litigating in the state or federal courts or engaging alternatives to the court system, such as mediation and arbitration, he takes an efficient, results-oriented approach to problem solving. His experience includes business, employment, contract, antitrust, and real property litigation.
