Lorin C. Barker

Lorin C. Barker is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Corporate, Tax and Construction, Land Use and Surety Practice Sections. His practice focuses on ERISA and general employee benefit work, including pension and profit sharing plans, welfare benefit plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, employee benefit taxation, and employee benefit fiduciary rules. He also specializes in dealing with construction and construction-related legal issues.
