Mr. Wright is Chair of Kirton & McConkie's International Law Section, and is affiliated with the Corporate and Tax Section. His practice focuses on franchising, licensing, manufacturing and distribution, including disclosure and compliance. He also assists with foreign business transactions, deals with foreign governments, locates and manages foreign legal counsel and copes with overseas litigation.
