Stephanie Wilkins Pugsley

Ms. Pugsley is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Litigation, Trials & Appeals Section. She assists companies with general commercial litigation matters involving contract negotiations and disputes, electronic discovery compliance, and document retention policies. She has significant commercial litigation experience involving large construction defect cases. Her training as a mediator has proven to be a successful tool when advocating for her clients outside of court, whether in negotiations or in the mediation context. Ms. Pugsley is a periodic lecturer on topics related to mentoring and providing excellent community service. She was appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to serve on the Committee on New Lawyer Training, and she serves as a member of the Mentor Training and Resources Committee. Also, she serves as the Secretary of the Women Lawyers of Utah and donates time as the Utah liaison to Wills for Heroes.
