Mr. Kimball is a member of the firm’s Litigation section. In addition to his legal training, Mr. Kimball also has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. This unique combination make him a dynamic innovator in case resolutions. Given his extensive prior experience settling catastrophic product litigation matters and complex mass tort cases, Mr. Kimball’s practice focuses on settlement of both high-exposure and pattern litigation.
