Ms. Bagnasacco is a member of the International and Corporate sections and chairs the European Market group. She focuses on corporate, compliance and securities matters, and has extensive experience with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity and debt offerings, foreign direct investment, EB-5 investments, general corporate matters, distribution, agency and licensing matters and market entry strategies.
