A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law School, Mr. Osmond is a member of the firm's Litigation, Real Property, and Constitutional sections.  His practice focuses on all facets of commercial litigation, but with particular emphasis on construction disputes, land use controversy, real property acquisition, and insurance and title defense. He has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, but particularly in conducting complex discovery and motion practice.  Mr. Osmond also regularly consults with educational institutions and religious organizations to assist them with legal compliance, risk management, and investigatory audits.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Osmond served as a Utah police officer and DCFS social worker.  He has also served as a litigation fellow with the Utah Attorney General's Office in Salt Lake and as an extern with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Osmond volunteers in the community by serving on the board of the Children’s Justice Center in both Salt Lake and Utah Counties.  He is also the president of the Central Utah Bar Association (2016-17) and currently sits on the Justice Court Nominating Commission for Utah County.  During law school, Mr. Osmond was an extern to the Honorable Ronald E. Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court. 

Mr. Osmond was named by Super Lawyers as a Mountain States Rising Star in both 2015 and 2016.
