  • Seller’s counsel in $500 million real estate and asset transaction for properties located in Washington DC, Illinois, Missouri, and Ohio
  • Purchaser’s counsel in $150 million real estate transaction for property located in California
  • Seller’s counsel in $100 million real estate and asset transaction for properties located in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Utah, and Missouri
  • Purchaser’s counsel in $72 million real estate transaction for property located in Utah
  • Counsel in over 20 multi-million dollar separate real estate purchase and sale transactions during 2014 for properties located in California, Washington, Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, Idaho, Arizona, Montana, and Utah
  • Landlord’s counsel in development agreement and related ground lease transaction of Marriott Hotel
  • Landlord’s counsel in ground lease transaction for development of McDonald’s in Hawaii
  • Negotiated millions of dollars of commercial leases as Landlord’s counsel (including industrial, retail, office and agricultural leases) in California, Washington, Illinois, Florida, Texas, Oregon, Hawaii, New York, and Utah
  • Negotiated millions of dollars of commercial leases as Tenant’s counsel (including industrial, retail, and office leases) in Virginia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Utah
