40th Annual Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization Workshop

Symposium Highlights Include:

  • Up to 13.5 hours of general CLE credit including 3.5 hours of ethics.
  • Sessions on cases involving troublesome claim assignments, sale and disclosure processes, unanticipated jurisdictional issues, and avoidance issues; plus case studies on Residential Capital and American Airlines, and more.
  • 10 current and former U.S. Bankruptcy Judges from the Southern District of New York.

The full two-day workshop features professors from the top law schools in the nation, along with experienced practitioners, to deliver an Advanced Program for experienced business bankruptcy practitioners and financial professionals.This year’s workshop drills down on the issues and effects of several recent major chapter 11 cases, and the faculty features several experts who participated in those cases.

The workshop will conclude with a networking cocktail reception.
