Advised OneFourteen on several matters pertaining to a shopping center, including its development, construction and leasing. The matter involved securing two substantial loans from separate lenders and negotiating leases with several tenants.

Represented Ninigret Depot on its $12 million acquisition of an industrial park. Assisted the client on negotiations and the subsequent entity formation.

The matter included the acquisition of land, franchise agreements and finance arrangements.”
