Kirton McConkie successfully had its clients (six design professional companies involved in the design of a large concrete dome church in Dothan, Alabama) transferred out of a larger action in Dallas, Texas to their home state of Idaho.Following transfer of the case, Kirton McConkie obtained a successful resolution of the matter.
