Jessica A. Smith

Jessica Smith is a member of the firm’s Litigation section. Her practice focuses primarily on all aspects of intellectual property litigation and advising companies about using artificial intelligence and drafting plain-English policies and contracts. Previous work includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity technologies.
