Kirton McConkie, the largest law firm in Utah, seeks a full-time Bankruptcy Shareholder with at least ten years of experience in bankruptcy-related matters, receiverships, collections, workouts, restructuring, representation of creditors and debtors, asset securitization defaults, business dispute resolution, and general corporate litigation. Excellent communication and people skills, and adherence to the highest ethical standards, are a must. Bringing an existing client base would be a plus. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Utah or willing to take the Utah State Bar exam if relocating from another jurisdiction.
