Ms. Jones is a member of the firm’s International section. She handles general corporate, nonprofit and litigation matters, including compliance with trade, data privacy, exempt organization, immigration and cultural heritage laws. She assists companies and non-profit entities with formation, corporate governance, and tax compliance, and works with counsel around the world to help U.S. companies enter into contracts and comply with legal requirements abroad. Ms. Jones has prior experience working with the Smithsonian Institution, Bureau of Land Management, and Department of the Interior.
