Overview

Federal contractors with $50,000 or more in Federal contracts and 50 or more employees are required to have a written Affirmative Action Plan.  An Affirmative Action plan sets the baseline for recruiting, hiring and promoting employees in a fair and equitable way. Our employment attorneys assist employers with developing and reviewing their plans under Executive Order 11246 as well as designing, developing, administering and assisting with compensation structures complying with state and federal regulations.
