This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Kirton McConkie (the “Firm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes personal data. - Provide legal services. We may use Personal Data to provide legal services to our clients.
- Administer Firm business. We may use Personal Data to engage services of suppliers to help administer Firm business and support.

- Administer and improve our website. We may use Personal Data to display content on our website properly.
- Consider employment applications. We may use your Personal Data to make employment-related decisions.
Using Personal Data to: (i) provide legal services is necessary in order to perform our obligations under our contracts with our clients; (ii) market our services, administer and improve our website, and administer Firm business is necessary for the Firm’s business purposes and to pursue the Firm’s legitimate interests; and (iii) consider employment applications is necessary for the Firm’s business purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

We may disclose Personal Data with others, such as those with whom you have requested us to share your Personal Data, contractors and service providers, and other third parties we use to support the Firm, including, for example, companies that provide us with technical support and assistance concerning our website, financial institutions who process payments on our behalf, our suppliers, and other third parties who help us administer the services we provide. The Firm will not sell or disclose Personal Data to a third party for such third party’s direct marketing purposes.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected, as outlined in this Notice. Personal Data may be retained for longer periods if there are valid legal grounds to retain Personal Data. For example, we may be required to retain Personal Data by law or court order.
We implement technical, organizational, and appropriate measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, improper use or disclosure, or unlawful destruction. However, we cannot and do not provide any assurance that these measures will be sufficient. Please exercise caution when submitting or transmitting Personal Data.
