Mr. Rechtenbach has experience in complex business and civil litigation, as well as experience in property law, HOA law, family law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Rechtenbach held positions within a number of large corporations, including Franklin Covey, Electronic Data Systems (E.D.S), AT&T, and eBay, where he obtained extensive business experience in the areas of logistics, project management, and account management.
