Mr. Stevens is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property section. His practice is primarily directed to cost-effective protection of clients' innovative ideas through patent protection and enforcement. He has significant experience in trademark protection, patent prosecution (including U.S. and international patent drafting), continued patent prosecution and appeals, and patent reexamination.
