Ms. Jack is member of Kirton McConkie’s Tax and Estate Planning section. Her practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate plans. She prepares estate planning documents for basic estates as well as large estates with complex federal estate tax planning, including estate tax returns. Ms. Jack has experience advising clients on probate proceedings and trust administration, including trustee succession issues and distributions to beneficiaries. Ms. Jack also advises clients on planned giving, non-profit organizations, gift taxation, and charitable trusts.
Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Ms. Jack was an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells US LLP.
