Chris Hardy

Chris Hardy is a member of the firm’s International and Corporate sections. He assists U.S. and foreign companies and non-profit organizations with entity formation, corporate governance, tax compliance, licensing, international business transactions, and general business advice. He frequently works with local counsel around the world to help companies with contract and compliance issues abroad. He also has experience with private securities offerings, securities regulations, government investigations, and enforcement.

Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Mr. Hardy worked as an attorney in the clinical trial industry.
