Daniel Dansie is a Shareholder in the firm's Real Estate section. He represents clients in a broad range of real estate and land use matters. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales, real estate financing, leasing, zoning and entitlements, homeowners associations, title and lien issues, boundary disputes, foreclosures, and landlord rights. Dan's practice spans both real estate transactions and real estate litigation. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho and is a past chair of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar.
