Jeffrey S. Robinson

Jeff Robinson is a member of Kirton McConkie’s Corporate and International sections. With 16 years of in-house experience as corporate secretary and deputy general counsel of a Fortune 500 company, he deeply understands business context and the need for practicality in providing legal solutions that enable clients to obtain their business objectives.

Mr. Robinson has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, spinoff transactions, corporate governance, public company reporting obligations, corporate finance, entity formation, dissolution and structure issues, contracts, and operational compliance. As part of his outsourced general counsel services, he helps clients manage board and shareholder dynamics, as well as identify and solve legal issues. He also assists with foreign business transactions, local entity and foreign branch registration and compliance matters, foreign property purchase and lease transactions, independent contractor and workforce management, location and management of foreign legal counsel, and international government relations.
