Mr. Nash is a member of the firm's Tax and Estate Planning section. His practice includes representation before the IRS; tax litigation and controversy; federal and state marijuana taxation; international, federal, state, and local tax planning; estate planning; and non-profit organization, formation, and operation. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Nash worked as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where he advised, trained, and represented the IRS in matters involving federal tax audits, litigation, and collection, and served as a member and leader of several national and regional cadres focused on collection, marijuana, and promoter/preparer investigations.
Represents clients on all matters before the IRS.
Represent clients in the U.S. Tax Court.
Assists clients with the formation, organization, and qualifications of charitable tax-exempt organizations with the IRS.
Assists clients in the utilization of various estate planning techniques.
