Overview
Mary Essuman is in the firm’s Litigation Section, with a focus on general litigation and medical malpractice. She also has experience in commercial disputes, employment law, and commercial and residential real estate issues. Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Ms. Essuman provided legal consulting services, including but not limited to litigation and trial preparation; research and writing; complex large-scale eDiscovery management; business consulting services; in-house counsel services; business and economic development; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
