Overview

Nathan Jackson is a member of the firm's Corporate and International sections. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, foreign and domestic entity formation, transactional franchising, licensing, and distribution matters. Mr. Jackson is currently setting up entities in 30 different countries. 

Experience

Advises clients in establishing companies worldwide, and has assisted clients in Australia, Belize, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, Jordan, Malaysia, Peru, Romania, Spain, Thailand, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
