Ms. Chen focuses her practice on commercial and complex litigation matters. She assists international companies and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters, including employment, technology, software development, copyright, contracts, professional malpractice, and business disputes. She also has a vibrant immigration practice assisting clients in both family- and employment-based cases.
Ms. Chen is poised to listen to clients' business goals and help them overcome cross-cultural barriers. Her unique background enables her to provide legal services to corporate clients in Asia. As a native of Shanghai, China, she is both a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in Shanghainese.
She is passionate about international law and harnesses this passion to advice multinational corporate clients who are doing business in the United States. She also helps international clients navigate the U.S. legal system in the federal courts.
