Qiwei Chen focuses her practice on commercial and complex litigation matters. She assists international companies and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters, including employment, technology, software development, copyright, contracts, professional malpractice, and business disputes. She also has a vibrant immigration practice assisting clients in both family- and employment-based cases.

Ms. Chen is poised to listen to clients' business goals and help them overcome cross-cultural barriers. Her unique background enables her to provide legal services to corporate clients in Asia. As a native of Shanghai, China, she is both a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in Shanghainese.
