Mr. Roe is a member of Kirton McConkie’s First Amendment and Religious Organizations section. His practice focuses on litigation risk management and investigations.
Mr. Roe’s prior experience includes representing clients filing amicus curiae brief to the U.S Supreme Court. Mr. Roe has trial experience in both state and federal court and has conducted client investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
