Mr. Snyder is a member of the firm’s International section. He has worked in senior management positions for two multi-national organizations. In his practice, he helps clients with international issues involving data privacy, entity formation, taxation, acquisition, leasing equipment, and many other issues. His management background allows him to understand a client’s needs and how to address those needs in an efficient and effective manner. Mr. Snyder serves on advisory committee for the National Museum of American Religion and on the advisory board for the Center for Constitutional Studies.

- Analyzed foreign countries’ proposed religion laws and provided feedback to countries’ legislators based on international human rights instruments.
- Prepared talking points, letters to heads of state, legal studies, and conferences on religious liberty issues.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Office of General Counsel - Intern
- Developed strategic documents on complicated policy issues involving religious liberty, one of which has received Brian Grim’s support and will be presented at a conference in 2013.
- Drafted legal memoranda addressing issues such as employee pension plans, finance,
commercial disputes, and customs in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.

- Revised and updated chapters in a legal treatise on employment and tax matters for religious organizations.
