Mr. Seegmiller is member of Kirton McConkie’s Litigation Practice Section and participates with the Corporate Section. He also contributes on the Southern Utah Legal Services Section, a 10+ lawyer branch office in St. George, Utah.
Mr. Seegmiller’s work emphasizes business and corporate advisement, real estate and water law, estate planning, human resources, and litigation. Thad has assisted clients throughout southern Utah and Nevada with business start-up and advisement, golf course and recreation development, road disputes, water and irrigation company matters, estate planning and probate disputes, and litigation in both State and Federal courts.
As a 6th generation resident of southern Utah, Thad cherishes the opportunity to work for clients and resolve issues with a long-view and passion for the people and the land of his heritage. Thad balances his life and family with an organic garden and farm in Veyo, Utah. The Seegmiller’s can be encountered throughout Utah and Nevada at local festivals and rodeos, in rugged mountains searching for rocks and gems, floating in springs and rivers with friends, and exploring the solitude of slot canyons and beautiful views.
