Theo is a member of the firm’s Corporate section. His practice includes all aspects of business, corporate, and securities law. This includes, but is not limited to, helping clients form business entities, comply with government reporting requirements, manage company governance, navigate regulations, found and guide startup companies, pursue financing and funding, draft and negotiate contracts, close merger and acquisition deals, and initiate securities offerings.
Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Theo practiced investment regulation litigation, successfully representing clients in cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars. As such, he is well-versed in the regulation and management of large trusts, pensions, and investment funds.
Theo speaks Mandarin and has lived in Beijing and Taipei. He is happy to assist Chinese clients as well as companies doing business with Chinese partners or state officials.
