Overview
Ms. Jin is a member of the firm’s International section. Ms. Jin assists companies in taking products, services, intellectual properties, and businesses globally. With business and legal experiences worldwide, she helps U.S. companies expand internationally and helps foreign companies invest in the U.S. market. Ms. Jin also guides clients with e-commerce, technology, internet law, and data privacy issues, including the preparation of privacy policies, terms of services, and other EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant procedure and documents, etc.
Born and raised in China, Ms. Jin is fluent in Chinese, and proficient in business communication and negotiations. Ms. Jin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Younique Foundation and Suazo Business Center in Utah, as a trustee for the Utah Chinese Civic Center, and on the Board of Directors for Johnson STEM Activity Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to her legal practice, Ms. Jin has provided marketing and consulting services for international companies from China, Switzerland, and the United States with export and import issues, market strategy, business negotiation and intelligence work.
