Overview

Zachary Lindley joined Kirton McConkie in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Family Law sections. Mr. Lindley focuses his practice in the areas of general litigation, labor and employment law, business law, and family and domestic law.

His litigation practice includes a range of matters, such as business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, contract disputes, general civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He focuses on serving his clients through dedicated representation, assisting them to resolve disputes and solve problems.

Mr. Lindley provides both preventive and defensive representation, serving his clients at various levels, including state, federal, and administrative. In his labor and employment law practice, Mr. Lindley assists businesses in the implementation and enforcement of effective policies and procedures tailored to avoid and defend against a wide range of issues. Primarily, he provides his clients day-to-day advising as to employment issues or concerns, risk management analysis to determine level of compliance with applicable laws, and he prepares various employment documents, such as policy handbooks, contracts, independent contractor agreements, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and non-disclosures agreements.  

Mr. Lindley assists his family law clients in areas such as divorce, child custody, paternity, guardianship and conservatorship, protective orders, and mediation. He has valuable experience in the courtroom and with handling high-conflict situations. 

He also provides representation for business clients, assisting with formation, day-to-day advising related to business relations, contracts, purchase/sell agreements, and general business disputes and conflicts.
