Mr. Lowe is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning section and a member of the firm’s Corporate section. His practice focuses on employee benefit programs of all kinds, including executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, equity incentive plans, payroll practices, health plans, and various other fringe benefit arrangements. In addition, he advises clients on employment agreements, business formation and planning, merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance issues, contract drafting and negotiation, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Lowe has been recognized by his peers as a Mountain States Super Lawyers rising star for employee benefits law.
Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Mr. Lowe was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Jones Day.
