We have advised clients in several jurisdictions about conducting environmental assessments of lands thought to have suffered releases of hazardous materials.

Kirton McConkie has extensive experience in the energy area having represented a variety of clients in the energy industry including electric power, natural gas power, geothermal power, wind, and solar power.  Kirton McConkie’s clients include qualifying facilities under PURPA, independent power producers, renewable energy developers and producers. We also have significant experience negotiating and drafting option and lease agreements related to the renewable energy industry, particularly solar.
